BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to SREPY SAREE. These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all billing, purchasing, payment processing, tax assessments, and invoicing executed through our website (srepy.com).

This store is owned, managed, and operated by AGHERA KEYUR PANKAJBHAI under the trade name SREPY SAREE (operated through KIYA ENTERPRISE). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. CURRENCY & PRICING TRANSPARENCY

  • Currency: All product prices, delivery estimates, discounts, and payments are stated and charged in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).

  • Taxes Included (GST): All listed product prices on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Zero Hidden Fees: What you see at final checkout is the exact total amount you will pay. There are no additional platform fees, packaging fees, or transaction convenience surcharges.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price for that purchase is locked and will not change.

2. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We provide secure, convenient, and standard payment options across India:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all leading bank UPI applications.

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, and American Express.

  • Net Banking: Supported across all major Indian commercial and private banking institutions.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for serviceable delivery pin codes across India.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

  • All digital payment transactions are routed through certified, bank-grade payment gateways featuring 256-bit SSL encryption.

  • Our payment processors comply strictly with PCI-DSS Level 1 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

  • We do not collect, view, store, or have access to your sensitive financial credentials, such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, OTPs, net banking login credentials, or UPI PINs.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) BILLING RULES

  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery require payment of the exact invoice total upon doorstep delivery by our courier partner's representative.

  • Courier personnel are not authorized to accept partial payments or permit package opening/tampering prior to payment collection.

  • To protect against unauthorized or fraudulent orders, SREPY SAREE reserves the right to contact the customer via call, WhatsApp, or SMS to verify order details before processing dispatch.

5. INVOICING & GST COMPLIANCE

  • A digitally generated tax invoice compliant with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act is created for every successfully confirmed order.

  • A soft copy of your invoice is sent to your registered email address upon parcel dispatch, and a physical copy accompanies the shipment inside the package.

6. FAILED TRANSACTIONS & BILLING ERRORS

  • If funds are deducted from your bank account or payment method but you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 hours, the transaction was likely interrupted before reaching our gateway.

  • In such events, banks usually reverse the deducted amount automatically to your source account within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • If the funds are not returned after 48 hours, please reach out to our billing team at info@srepy.com along with your bank transaction UTR/reference number.

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION BILLING

  • Prepaid Orders: In the event of an approved cancellation or return, refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for returned COD orders will be transferred directly to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS or UPI within 3 to 5 business days after verifying your payout details.
